Making a Not So Scary Scarecrow
To creat a scarecrow, fashioned his clothes from a suit of your long red underwear. Your kids will have a ball helping to make the garden guardian by commandeering one of your red union suits. And when complete, if they were unaware before, your neighbors will learn that someone in your family has a preference for long red winter underwear! Most likely you'll have one to spare, having other union suits to pull on when the weather turns cooler this fall.
Make the face from a metal pie plate. Face features can come from plastic milk bottle tops and yarn for his hair.
