Union Suit Fans: I'm taking my Summer Sojurn deep in the cool, colorful Rocky Mountains, taking time to camp and fish, and just all around enjoy life. Hope you get to travel now yourselves to your favorite place this summer!  I've had this old trusty, canvas tent for 40 years; my trusty red union suit for far less time.

After Bailey of Grand Rapids, MI emailed me music covers of George M. Cohan's song, Over There, and included an ad for boy scout union suits, Cory of Waterville, Maine emailed me additional boy scout ad posters and Boys' Life magazine covers like these boys boxing in their BVD underwear, having stripped off their scout uniforms:  

and this cover of a boy scout taking a swing, dressed in his baseball uniform wearing a union suit underneath: 

The Saturday Evening Post featured boys too, like this kid in bed, wearing a warm union suit while sewing up a hole in this britches: 

and this boy wears a union suit under his clothes too, while giving his dog a bath:
