Clownin' Around With Buckeye Mike

After seeing me caught in just my union suit and socks while searching for my pants, as posted below on February 21st, ole Buckeye, my favorite Ohian, admits that he misplaced his pants too. Hmmmm  (Updated March 1, 2023).

He emails: "I can't seem to find my pants either, Chris. They were here and now they are no where to be found. I just might have to go without any today!

... Still buttoned in Buckeye-land, Mike"  

Buckeye, in fact, runs around quite often without his pants, including accepting deliveries in his maroon union suit from the local UPS man....

Where The Heck Are My Pants?!?!? 

I finally gave up looking, grabbed a good book and waited. Just maybe my pants will show up!

Mo Rocca of CBS, a Union Suit Fan?!

Well, yes as evidenced by the red long, one-piece underwear he wore when reporting from Kansas City three years ago, just before the beginning of the Covid era. He reported from Kansas City on CBS This Morning for the 2020 SuperBowl when the Chiefs took on San Francisco and won 31-20. 

His rolled up shirt sleeves revealed the red union suit he wore that day in Kansas City to keep warm. His long underwear also showed at the collar of his unbuttoned shirt top. 

He still had on his union suit when appearing at a Hallmark Card store whose corporate offices are in KC.

Later on, in the same show, a guest being interviewed is also shown with the top of the red union suit he was wearing that day in evidence.

Added March 12 - Max from Topeka emailed me two additional photos he saved of Mo Rocca. Since Mo is wearing the same shirt with his red union suit peaking out of his shirt neck and sleeves, I'm betting these were taken the same weekend for the same show.

I suppose Kansas City could be referred to as 
"Paris of the Plains"

Why are these Boys outside in just their Long Red Underwear? *

* The boys' grandmother posted their long underwear photos on the internet after giving them red union suits for Christmas. She didn't say why they were outside without their clothes on. Brrrr.

1. Tom emails: As the father of three teenage boys and a 10 year old son, I have given up trying to figure these kids out. Boys do silly, crazy, and sometimes dangerous things. So, why are these boys outside in just their union suits? Who knows?
