Since May, 2016, an entertaining blog featuring men's and boys' long one-piece underwear aka union suits. Considered old-fashion by some but known to be warm, comfortable, and fun to wear by those of us who swear by 'em! ... Oops! Locked out of the Dressing Room wearing the Union Suit I was trying on! This is down right embarrassing!
Chris, I know just how that kid locked out of the dressing room in his underwear feels. Believe it or not the same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. I was in a local store that sold union suits. I wanted to try one as I had always wore thermal underwear. I didn't know if a large union suit after shrinkage, would fit me or if I needed XL. I selected a large to try on. The little dressing room I was in didn't have a mirror so I could check the fit so I peaked out to try to flag down the young man (looked like a high school kid) who had waited on me to have him bring me an XL union suit to try. Not seeing him, I ventured out a little further and a little bit further when the door shut and locked behind me! I was stuck, so I sucked it up and walked over to the table of union suits, selected an XL and then snuck around in my socks and long red buttoned underwear until I found my salesman. Red faced, I followed him back as he snickered and unlocked the dressing room door. No picture to send you except in my memory. LOL ...Dale, Allentown, PA
