Union Suit Buddies!
Since my recent posting February 3rd of pals cavorting together in their union suits, a couple or so of you have lamented that you don't have a buddy to hang out with in long underwear. Well, that could be your fault. Try broaching the subject by making him aware you wear union suits. Appear in one, or buy one to give to him on his birthday or a holiday. My bet is, he'll be really appreciative and begin wearing it. If not, what have you got to lose? Give it a shot. You could also enlist his wife, partner, girl friend, or mom. Women love a guy in a union suit. Or, share this blog with him. A number of guys who have seen my blogs email or comment that they had not been union suit wearers in the past but are now glad they have discovered how warm, comfortable, and fun one-piece button-down long underwear actually is.

"A few years ago, good friends of my wife and I came to visit for a week. Later in the evening the first night, we decided to play a board game. The wives and my buddy changed into their pj's. Since I don't own any pajamas, I changed and came walking out in one of my bright red union suits as if it were the most appropriate attire one would wear. The reaction was priceless. The group broke out into laughter and thought I looked great in that long underwear. For the next couple of hours, we played games and drank beer while they comfortably sat there in their pj's and I in my long underwear. The next year, my buddy was the first one up in the morning for breakfast and coffee. He was wearing a new red union suit. Ever since then, when we get together, you can bet my buddy and I enjoy our morning coffee or play board games and cards looking ridiculous in our union suits. We love it and so do our wives." 
Hey Chris, the next time you talk with RC tell him that his coming out to play the board game in his union suit guarantees him a spot in the "icebreaker" hall of fame. Also the picture of him and his buddy is evidently from the night he related and not later when his pal joined him in his union suit. Ask him if he has a shot of the two of them in their union suits.

DeleteHello Buckeyemike. Thanks for the Icebreaker nomination. There is already a "shot" of me and my good friend, Steve in this blog both of us in our union suits. Its in the USF posting "October CoffeeFest" back on October 8, 2019. We're enjoying our morning coffee relaxing in our underwear. Can you spot us? I might be able to find another pic of us I'll send in for Chris to use if he wants... RC

ReplyDeleteSorry, Joe...somehow I missed your question several months ago! Please know I try to answer any questions. I wear boxer shorts and a sleeveless undershirt under my union suits during the day, except when I go out into the woods fishing and camping, and also I go commando at night when I wear a union suit to sleep in at home or away.... Chris
