Potpourri Monday! My Mixture of Incongruous Topics

The Football Season Marches On: 

Checking in with Stan the man Steamer in the mountains of Georgia. He's still rejoicing in the victories this past Saturday of the two top football teams in the Peach State. I believe Stan is their number one football fan. Who else dons his lucky union suit when the Dawgs play? Georgia came from behind to beat Ole Miss, 43-35 in Athens. How about that!

More importantly, I learned this past week, that Stan is more of a Georgia Tech fan than even the University of Georgia. You see, his daddy was a campus cop for 20 some years at Georgia Tech beginning when Stan was a little boy. Giving this new information, I think he needs to trade in his red "Dawgs" lucky union suit for perhaps a Yellow Jackets gold union suits. Or, at least a white one!
