BUSTED - This Miscreant Apprehended Late One Night in his Underwear!
With a black eye and sore shoulder, he's caught, arrested and taken away in his Union Suit
Looks like he got roughed up pretty good. Back in those days, I doubt he was booked and then let back out on the streets before that cop even finished up the paperwork on him (like now days in so many cities)....Eddie (Cincinnati)
